When fruits and vegetables are canned and then reheated, only 1/3 of the original vitamin C content may be left. Consumption of vitamin C foods in their fresh, raw form is the best way to maximize vitamin C intake.

You maybe know that an overdose of vitamins as well as a deficiency of them can cause certain unpleasant and undesirable effects such as scurvy and sometimes cancer of some of your organs. Well, the best way to not have these problems and diseases is consumption of vitamin C foods. The best sources of vitamin C foods are include broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, strawberries, kale, lemons, tomatoes, oranges, grapefruit, limes, papaya, kiwifruit, pineapples, lettuce, watermelon, fennel, peppermint and parsley. It is crucial to know, on the consumption of vitamin C foods, which products are the most useful and which products are prerequisites for our organism.

The first thing to the consumption of vitamin C rich products is taken up by fruits with vitamin C. Most fruits that are eaten daily are very rich in vitamin C.
